This also means – spending money in a way that serves you. For example, money invested in your education can pay you massive dividends. But the most important thing here is to listen to your inner guidance and spend money in alignment with your vision and highest good.
For example, if you pay for something, a service, or a subscription and don’t feel good about it, perhaps it’s time to cancel it?
This is what I’ve been doing recently, decluttering my finances, both personal and professional. I found out I was subscribed to many services I was no longer using or didn’t feel good about.
There is one company in particular (a website and funnel builder company) I subscribed to several years ago (a mentor of mine recommended it), but now, looking at their marketing practices, I no longer feel good about paying for their service, so I canceled it and found a better solution.
Now, that simple decision saved me about $100 a month. But it’s not only about the money saved or not spent but an energetic decision behind it.
In my case, I had to reflect on my inner state and feelings from several years ago. Back then, I would make many purchases out of FOMO (fear of missing out). Or, I would blindly follow someone’s recommendations (based on their level of success) without doing any research myself or asking myself whether a given product was really a good fit for me.

So, decluttering my finances wasn’t simply about not spending money but also about being in touch with my energy and emotions. Now, I allow myself to do more research before making important purchases.

Sometimes, going through a period of change can be stressful both for your body and mind. It’s good to be resourceful and proactive and create new self-care habits that fit your lifestyle and routine.
As of now, apart from eating clean and drinking plenty of water, I am committed to going to bed early to make sure I get enough sleep, and I see a Reiki energy healer to calm down and relax. I’ve noticed that this is what my body craves at the moment, and so I follow this preference.
