Manifestation meditation is one of the best tools to help you raise your vibration.

First of all, you choose to show up as a powerful creator. As such, you make the time to have an appointment with Your Universe.

This is an act of self-love, self-compassion, and kindness.

Our society tends to program us to “go out there” and get what we want by chasing it.

And while, in most cases, we definitely need to take action to manifest our desires, we also need to prioritize going inwards and preparing our minds and hearts for what we desire to attract into our lives.

The way meditation for manifesting goals works is simple…

When you pour all your energy into a meditation where you visualize, feel, or affirm what you want to manifest, your vibration aligns with your goal.

So, the simplest process to go about meditation for manifesting goals (later, we will dive into a full, 6-step process I’ve personally created and love using) is basically 2 steps.

The first step is to enter a relaxed state. The second step is to focus on your desire in a way that feels good. This can be done by affirming, visualizing, or feeling your desires.

Some people (like myself) like to follow meditation for manifesting goals with scripting or journaling.

But it’s not so much about a specific manifestation technique. Because you can choose the one you like or use an intuitive mix of different techniques.

It’s more about knowing and understanding who you are, and what you desire and preparing your mind for it.

So, meditation for manifesting goals is a tool to help you raise your awareness to match the awareness of the Next Version of Yourself, which already has what you desire.

Why Engaging in Meditation for Manifesting Goals Is So Life-Changing

Remember that everything is created twice…

By engaging in meditation for manifesting your goals, you’re making sacred contact with

your Higher Self, your intuition, subconscious mind, God, angels, and the Universe (choose whatever energetic entity, higher power, vibrational concept, or part of yourself works for you).

I love the term: “Sacred contact”, or “sacred meeting”.

I used to be one of those people who never had time for self-care. I always chased something outside of myself.

One day, I began attracting these 2 powerful words: “sacred meeting” out of nowhere.

I’d see them in a random fiction book, newspaper, or through a voice of my intuition.

That inspired me to meditate.

One thing I’ll add is: I’d known about “normal meditation”, which is meditation to relax and unwind and be mindful and whatnot for years…

And don’t get me wrong, it’s great. I really like it and recommend it.

But for me, personally, what was a real game changer and what was calling my heart was Manifestation Meditation.

You see, when I first got into spirituality, I didn’t feel understood by most teachers and students in the local community I was a part of.

You see, I had this desire to use meditation to manifest my goals (including manifesting abundance and doing my passion for a living) and get closer to my desires.

I didn’t want to meditate just for the sake of it (once again, nothing wrong with this approach, it’s all a matter of choice).

I wanted to combine meditation with specific intentions…that desire was placed in my heart for a reason…

And, most people in my local community back then would shame me for wanting to combine meditation and spirituality with my earthly desires…

That was many years ago, and I share this story in my book: Manifestation Meditation 🙂

Now, the spiritual landscape has changed, and more and more people desire to use meditation for manifesting goals, such as more money and abundance.

I am very grateful to be a part of this movement. I believe we are here to live our full potential, and if you desire to manifest more travel, abundance, or a better job, you shouldn’t be shamed for that.

Instead, you deserve to be given the tools and guidance you need to facilitate transformation, which is what I’m doing in this post😊

But once again…this process can also be used to manifest more joy or spiritual experiences. Whatever your heart desires!

Aside from raising your vibration, meditation for manifesting goals helps you get in the right mindset to effectively manifest your desires.

It is a beautiful tool to remove self-doubt and soothe your inner state. Thanks to manifestation meditation, you can enter a peaceful and joyful state while creating a meaningful connection with your subconscious mind.

What I think is very important to have an effective manifestation practice is to approach it with a clear intention.

It’s helpful to understand the differences between meditation and manifestation and how these two can be powerfully blended into one tool.

It’s like bridging the feminine and masculine energies for optimal results!

Differences Between Meditation and Manifestation

Meditation is a mindfulness tool or exercise to embrace the power of the present moment, relax or reach your higher self. However, manifestation is a creation concept.

Meditation for Manifesting Goals is all about learning how to combine these two concepts successfully.

Just like meditation (that stands for feminine energy) helps clear the mind and soothe your inner state, manifestation (that here stands for masculine energy) enables you to achieve your goals.

So, manifesting and meditation for manifesting goals require setting a clear intention.

It can be material, physical, mental, or spiritual.

However, meditation, in itself, doesn’t require any goals.

As I’ve already mentioned, you could meditate just for the sake of it and surely reap many benefits.

But…since we’re talking about meditation for manifesting goals, we want to be more intentional here and mindfully combine masculine and feminine energies.

So…Can You Manifest While Meditating?

This question can be answered in 2 ways from 2 different standpoints- energetic/magical and more practical.

In some cases (which I’ve personally experienced, for example, while taking part in specific group meditations and energy healings), some people can manifest spontaneously out of the blue while in a meditative state.

But it would not be honest if I told you that it’s always the case.

Yes, it can happen. I always encourage people to believe in magic and be open to those instantaneous or out-of-the-blue manifestations…

But my point is… don’t wait for them!

BE them, BE the MAGIC you desire to manifest by embracing and EMBODYING the co-creation process.

Because in most cases, for most people, it will be a process you choose to go through every day.

So, to answer the question if you can manifest while meditating from a more practical view:

When the mind is calm, your cortisol (stress) levels go down. Then, it’s easier to think positive thoughts and take positive actions.

Manifesting your goals is more likely in such a state. You feel good, your inner state is well taken care of, and how you show up in the world is different.

Now…think about what can happen if you meditate daily?

Even if it’s only 5 minutes? The compound effect will definitely work in your favor…

Unfortunately, when your mind is left alone and prone to negativity, reacting and being controlled by the shadow self

Manifesting your goals and living your full potential is an uphill battle.

It’s important to center your mindset and energy daily through manifestation meditation.

So, to sum up, meditation for manifesting goals is not a one-time magical event that changes your life (although, in some cases, magic can happen), but a daily process you choose to go through to work on your mindset, energy, and vibration.

Meditation for manifesting your goals makes a journey toward your goals much more joyful and aligned.

It also helps you be clearer about who you are and what you want.

All successful people practice a manifestation meditation process and swear by it…because, once again, everything is created twice.

It’s hard to manifest your desires if, deep inside, you’re not ready for them because of old programming or emotional, mental, and spiritual blocks.

Meditation for Manifesting Goals – 6 Life-Changing Steps You Can’t Miss

This meditation can be adapted to your specific goals, desires, or intentions. This is what I like to call the simplest Universal blueprint, and it’s a great framework, especially for beginners.

I highly recommend you add it to enhance your manifesting practice.

So… let’s dive into the 6 powerful steps of Meditation for Manifesting Goals with Joy and Ease 🙂

Meditation for Manifesting Goals – Your Step-by-Step Blueprint

Step # 1: Reach a State of Deep Relaxation

Find, or create your meditation space. A place that you find peaceful and where you won’t be disturbed. You can even call it your sacred relaxation place. Works great for me!

I also encourage you to experiment with different positions to discover what relaxes you.

I usually sit cross-legged on a meditation pillow or on my chair. Sometimes, when I’m tired and need to stretch my back, I lie down on my yoga mat.

The bottom line is- you need to be comfortable and feel good.

Begin your practice by intentionally breathing in a way that feels good to you.

Simply have the intention to relax with each breath you take. Also, use each exhale to release any negative feelings and emotions.

Remind yourself that, for now, that’s the only thing you need to do.

Breathe and take care of yourself. Your only job now is to feel good and be at peace. Stay in this step as long as you need to.

In fact, if you’re new to meditation, or perhaps you’re still not very sure of your manifesting goals and desires (if that’s your case, read my other post on creating your manifesting list to gain more clarity).

So…if you’re new to meditation, you may practice this step and teach your body and mind how to feel relaxed.

Then, when you’re ready, move on to step 2…

Step #2: Embrace Feelings of Gratitude, Safety, and Being Well Taken Care of by the Universe (because you ARE)

This step is about soothing your inner state by consciously reminding yourself about the blessings you’ve experienced in your life.

So, think about at least 3 things you’re grateful for.

Place your hands on your heart and intend to go deeper into the feelings of gratitude. Think how amazing and lucky you are.

With your hands on your heart, use the following affirmations:

I am safe.

It’s safe to relax.

It’s safe to manifest my desires.

It’s safe to be me.

I am well taken care of by the Universe.

Embrace those positive feelings of well-being.

Personally, I also like to add the Reiki affirmation:

Just for today, I am free from anger, I am free from worry, I am humble, and I am compassionate about myself and others.

Hug yourself and show yourself some love and kindness. Feel at one with the Universal power.

If needed, repeat several times, so the affirmations sink into your mind.

When you’re ready, move on to the next step-…

Step #3: Open Your Heart

This step is very simple. You are amplifying the good feelings and positive vibrations from the next step. But now, you focus all your attention on your heart.

Remind yourself that your heart is the gate that connects the quantum world of infinite possibilities with your earthly desires.

The key to opening that gate is a state of trust, gratitude, and unconditional love.

Remember that your heart doesn’t even know any negative feelings or thoughts.

It’s not like your mind sometimes may play tricks on you.

So… choose to bathe in the joys of your heart.

I like to visualize a beautiful greenish lake I enter and swim in.

It’s like swimming in the peaceful space of your heart. A place where everything is possible. You are now activating that space.

When you’re ready, while still centering your attention on your heart, enter the next step…

Step#4 Declare Your Trust in Yourself, Higher Power…

I like to call this step- becoming full of yourself…😉

In a good way, of course, 😊 I’m not referring to being full of yourself in a negative, arrogant way. I’m talking about reaching a place of wholeness.

Because before we focus on our desires, we want to feel whole and complete.

As you breathe in and out, feel both the feminine and masculine energies circulating around your body.

The feminine energy soothes and relaxes you.

It tells you not to worry. It fills you with love.

And the masculine energy completes and fills in the feminine energy and turns you into a highly effective and fast manifestor.

Keep reminding yourself that you’re whole and complete.

You’re full of yourself, your best energies. You have everything you need to be confident.

Step #5: Focus on your desires, and use your imagination in a way that feels good

Now…finally, we can focus on our desires.

Many meditations jump into this step right off the bat, but for me, personally, reaching an empowered, peaceful, and open receptive state BEFORE focusing on my desires, goals, or intention is what makes my meditations effective and connects me with my higher self…

So…this step is all about your creativity. You can focus on your desires by choosing one or more of the following options:

visualize

-feel

affirm

-write about it (yes, as I state and encourage you to do in my book Manifestation Meditation, you can combine meditation with journaling!)

However, it’s not so much about what you do (in terms of a method or technique) but how you do it.

You want to feel at one and at peace with your desire.

So, think and feel into it as if it was already in your reality.

In fact, it already exists, it’s just that your human sense can’t see it yet.

So, if money is your desire, think about manifesting more of it and experience a sense of relief…Now you can easily pay your bills…now, you can travel more often…what a relief…what a blessing.

Imagine and feel your new reality.

Keep affirming that money is your new normal!

If you’re manifesting love, you can hug yourself and affirm:

It feels so good to be hugged by my soulmate.

You’re so happy traveling and eating out with your soulmate…!

If you’re manifesting more joy in your relationship, you can visualize yourself and your partner doing fun stuff together.

Feel joy and fun! Talk to yourself about your new reality:

“I mean…how did it even happen. It’s so amazing, I can’t believe it. I love this reality I’ve created for myself!”

Now… it’s time to amplify all that by being grateful for your manifestations.

Step 6: Be Grateful for Your Manifestation

This step is all about embracing joy and gratitude for your manifestations.

Affirm: I am so happy and grateful that…

For example, I am so happy and grateful that I finally manifested my dream home /soulmate / perfect job.

“I don’t know how it happened. It feels like such a miracle!”

You can also visualize yourself talking to a friend.

They tell you: “Wow, you’re really good at this, you’re really good at manifesting, I can’t believe you manifested your dream house, this is so amazing, you gotta teach me this stuff.

I am SO glad for you!”

Be creative, and do what feels good. As long as you’re grateful for your manifestations even before they “physically” appear, you’re doing a really amazing, energetic job that will pay you great dividends.

Embrace and amplify your state.

Then, slowly open your eyes and return to your everyday activities. Approach them from this new, powerful state.

Keep affirming that everything is always working out for you!

How Does Meditation Help with Manifestation?

Meditation helps you be in control of your mind and emotions while manifesting. It helps you approach the manifestation process from your most optimal inner state and best energy.

It can also help you strengthen your internal discipline, resilience, and ability to focus.

How Long Should I Meditate for Manifestation?

It depends on your schedule and lifestyle and what feels good to you. What matters is consistency.

Personally, I usually go for shorter but more frequent meditation sessions (such as 2 or 3 short sessions a day). My manifestation meditation sessions typically last from 5 to 15 minutes a day.

Best Time to Meditate for Manifestation

Most experts recommend morning or evening.

But my recommendation is to do what works for you and your schedule. (I’ve also had lots of success meditating here and there on my lunch break😊. In fact, it gave me fantastic energy for the rest of my day).
