How to Raise Your Vibration to Have It All! (because you can!)

Ready to discover how to raise your vibration to manifest with joy and ease? Do you want to increase your energy, amplify your personal power, and, most importantly, magnify your ability to manifest your biggest desires?

If the answer is yes, you’ve come to the right place, and guess what… you’re already on the right track simply because you’re researching different ways to raise your vibration. Your vibration level determines your ability to manifest; the higher your vibration, the easier it is to manifest your dreams. It’s as simple as that!

Now, it’s time for you to discover more so that you can use your vibration as a manifestation tool to get closer to your goals and dreams.

What Comes First? The Law of Attraction or the Law of Vibration?

One of the biggest “aha” moments on my manifestation journey was coming across a short video of Bob Proctor, where he spoke about the importance of high vibration.

An interesting thing is that back then, I thought I knew it all. I even read a couple of Bob Proctor’s books.

One of my business mentors back then attended Bob Proctor’s Paradigm Shift event in Los Angeles and told me a lot about his teachings and how they had helped him manifest more money in his business.

Oh, and that mentor of mine was a very logical person. He was a marketer, not a spiritual seeker or a woo-woo person. Anyway, that was a bit before my spiritual awakening.

But since my mentor was so successful, and he recommended Bob Proctor’s teachings to me (he said: “Mr Proctor will help you change your mindset and self-image, so that you think like your new self and create more success in your life, just like I did)”, I decided to give it a go.

So, the first time I got introduced to Bob Proctor, I approached his teachings from a logical mind perspective. I didn’t pay any attention to any of that “vibration” stuff.

Now I know that to manifest successfully and joyfully (and this is exactly what I share in all my manifestation books, including How Not to Manifest), you need to have the right combination of mindset, energy, and strategy.

Unfortunately, back then, I was too stuck in “trying to improve my mindset” alone (or “hustle strategy”), and because of that, I wasn’t fully open to receive the best of Bob Proctor’s teachings, namely the importance of Vibration.

It was only after my spiritual awakening that, while re-listening to Bob Proctor’s teachings, I finally paid attention to his words (my ego was no longer preventing me from opening myself up to energy and spirituality), especially when he said:

“The Law of Vibration comes before the Law of Attraction. Because it’s the Law of Vibration that activates the Law of Attraction”.

Simple, but so powerful!

And I nearly said: “Oh, but I already know this!”.

As if by magic, once again, I came across another video by Bob Proctor where he said: “If you’re not getting the results you desire, you don’t know anything yet. Most people think they know something intellectually, but if they don’t practice it and don’t get results, they don’t know anything”.

Another game-changer and an instant vibration shifter!

Why?

Because I realized that my own ego kept me stuck in the pride of:” Oh, I already know this”.

That alone was draining my vibration. The negative mindset: “I know this, I don’t need this, I’m so advanced at this…” kept me stuck for years (in all areas of my life).

So, my spiritual awakening and re-discovering the teachings of Bob Proctor was a real eye-opener for me because, in a matter of minutes, something changed in my personality (and my personal reality, as Dr. Joe Dispenza likes to say).

I released the negative vibration of pride, knowing it all, stubbornness, and inability to trust the Universe, my teachers, and my higher self.

Of course, the journey never ends. After releasing the negative vibration of “I already know this”, I was ready, open, and receptive to experiment with different ways to raise my vibration (physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually).

Now, energy work and teaching you how to raise your vibration is one of the main pillars of my manifestation process & books 🙂

And, I truly believe that we all have an “aha” moment (just like I had while re-discovering the teachings of Bob Proctor) and that “aha” moment has the power to destroy our main vibration block.

In my case, it was: “I already know this, heard this all before, nothing new here” mindset that was preventing me from manifesting success because I could never dive deeper into anything.

So, ask yourself: “Is there anything that keeps me blindfolded while lowering my vibration?

Is there anything I could easily let go of now to feel lighter, joyful, and full of hope and inspiration?”.

If it comes- great. If not, don’t worry, give it some time.

The following tips will help you dive deeper, understand your energy and mindset, and raise your vibration while learning more about yourself and lower vibrations that may have been holding you back (and how to get rid of them for good!).

Can You Raise Your Vibration to Have It All?

Your vibration is your state of being (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual). Remember that everything in the Universe (including You!) is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies.

There are different energy levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Each of these levels has a vibrational frequency, which creates your overall vibration of being.

And, it’s your vibration that activates the Law of Attraction.

If your vibration is always low, you may find yourself stuck financially, your physical energy may be low, and you may start attracting negative people.

One important thing to mention though is- please don’t feel bad about feeling bad. Instead, use your current reality as powerful feedback and the motivation to move on.

You can always choose to change your vibration.

When your vibration is high, you experience this beautiful sense of living in the flow. You feel loved and supported by the Universe. You are positive, you attract positive people into your life, your energy is high, your relationships flourish, and your bank account is healthy and supported too.

Others may think you simply have all the luck in the world, when in actual fact, you’ve attracted it by consciously working on your vibration.

By the way, how you’re feeling right now?

Have you noticed that reading positive stuff and feel-good books and articles has the power to raise your vibration almost instantly?

It’s important to remember that energy attracts energy. Good energy attracts more good energy, and bad energy attracts more bad energy. For example, I’m fully aware when my vibration goes down because my reality gets impacted somehow.

My business may get slow, I may feel a bit irritated, or feel low in energy.

Now, the old me (before my spiritual awakening) would instantly get in a reactive state of trying to “manipulate my reality” to “fix things”.

The new me, however, understands that my current reality is the reflection of my vibration. So, if I notice any negative changes in my reality (even something that most people would dismiss as normal, for example, something breaks down), I use it as feedback from the Universe to do some inner work and examine my thoughts, feelings, emotions (aka my vibration).

Then, before any attempt to “try and fix things” on the outside, I first mindfully and joyfully choose to change things on the inside. It makes everything so much easier, and I no longer have to hustle hard to “try to make things go my way”.

Instead, I raise my vibration and approach everything from a higher perspective.

The question is, what can you do to raise your vibration? So, you too can be perceived as the “lucky one” by your friends (oh, and the best part is that by raising your vibration you automatically help those around you, but this is a topic for another day!).

How to Raise Your Vibration and Feel Good

The number one thing to keep in mind when working on raising your vibration is…

Do it just for the sake of doing it because it feels good!

So, for now, focus on you and your wellbeing.

Release any attachments (even to your desires).

Embrace the present moment (where all the possibilities exist).

Let go of “trying to think how to solve things”. When working on your vibration, you need to give your mind a rest.

When you raise your vibration, you’ll look at your current reality from a new perspective. You’ll receive new, fresh answers and solutions (these are hard to come by from a negative, low vibration).

Feel free to pick any activity (one or more) you feel like doing. Don’t force yourself into anything. Raising your vibration shouldn’t feel like a chore on your to-do list.

Instead, it deserves to be a ritual you look forward to, daily (or whenever you need to).

I often like to take a little break to raise my vibration when writing. This is how I can let go of negative thoughts of self-criticism and judgment and unleash my full creativity.

When you’re in a low vibration, you tend to worry. When you worry, your energy is low. When your energy is low, you feel stuck. Such a vicious cycle!

Time to explore different ways to raise your vibration and activate the Law of Attraction in your favor.

7 Ways to Raise Your Vibration In a Really Powerful Way

#1 Become Aware of Your Thoughts and Create a Positive Affirmation

Audit your thoughts regularly, and don’t be afraid to face the ugly (just to be able to release it).

Let’s say you find yourself in a low vibration, because something goes wrong in your business or at your workplace.

You catch yourself thinking: “I always fail, something must be wrong with me, others always succeed”.

First of all, acknowledge your negative feelings and take a few deep breaths.

Then, ask yourself: “Is that really true?”

Think about all the situations when you succeeded.

And remind yourself of all the inspirational stories of successful people and how many times they failed.

You can create an affirmation:

-I now erase the word “failure” from my vocabulary. I succeed, or I learn.

-If others can succeed, so can I. I believe in Diving Timing. I feel grateful I can learn from this situation.

#2 Raise Your Vibration by Taking Care of Your Body

You can easily do this in 5 minutes.

Play your favorite song and start dancing. Breathe, stretch, sing and laugh.

You can also go for a quick walk or stretch your body.

Sometimes, I like to set a timer for 5 minutes (at the same time, I also set the intention to release any negativity as soon as or before the timer goes off) and sit down for deep breathing.

I imagine I breathe in white healing light and breathe out all the negative vibes.

At the same time, I tense and relax my muscles.

5 minutes can be more than enough to raise your vibration.

#3 Perform Random Acts of Kindness

Can you help someone right now? Can you be kind to someone right now?

Get creative here.

Perhaps you can tell several people how much you love and appreciate them.

Or maybe you can volunteer to help someone?

Sometimes, we get on a low vibration because we are too much in our heads.

The best way to get out of our heads is to lovingly and empathically get into someone else’s while being kind and supportive!

Oh…and hugs are also true vibration-raisers!

#4 Laugh, Laugh, and Laugh

Watch and read things that make you laugh. Meet with people that make you laugh.

Here’s an interesting thing…a friend of mine recently told me that in her native language, they use the same word for “luck” and “happiness”.

And in English, we use 2 different words…So weird, isn’t it?

Let’s imagine that we, too, use only one word (and one concept) for both happiness and luck.

Happiness and luck are interconnected.

Most people think that we are happy only when we get lucky.

But, this is so wrong! We get lucky because we’re happy…

We can be happy because we choose to do so. And by being happy, we are also lucky.

Like attracts like. Stay in the high vibe to attract more high vibes.

#5 Appreciate Nature

Go for a walk in nature…yes, I know. Nothing new here!

But…have you ever tried to really mindfully enjoy your walks?

I mean…how about appreciating this lifetime of yours and all the wonders you get to see and feel?

The fresh air…the colors…the smell of nature!

Alternatively, you can play some sounds of nature and enjoy a nice, relaxing bath!

Story time…

This is exactly what I did yesterday when my website went down. I contacted the hosting company very politely, and first, I thanked them for their service, adding that I’d really appreciate their help to “heal” my website.

The agent was amazed. After all…they had a wave of angry business owners shouting at them on the phone or via chat.

And suddenly, they got me, the LOA Elena, who started the chat with gratitude.

The agent said, it was their fault, apologized, and said they were working on the issue and it would take a couple of hours maximum.

The old me, would freak out. I’d probably end up in some negative FB group complaining. Or maybe I’d be attempting to fix things by myself (without knowing what I was doing) to speed things up.

But the new me…decided to relax and raise my vibration instead.

I thought to myself: “I guess the Universe wants me to take a break, after all, I went all-in on this blog”

I relaxed, I breathed, I enjoyed a nice Epsom salt bath, I raised my vibration, and everything ended up well.

High vibes feel so much better than stress and negativity!

#6 Embrace the Power of Gratitude and Journaling

These two often go together…I do gratitude journaling every day, and it’s one of the best ways to raise your vibration (and a fantastic manifestation method, too) I could ever recommend!

You see, when you are in the vibration of deep gratitude (and appreciation), there’s no space for negativity.

At the same time, by focusing on the positive things in your life, you activate the Reticular Activating System in your brain, therefore discovering more and more favorable circumstances in your life.

#7 Raise Your Vibration with Meditation and Mindfulness

It all starts in the present moment. In this moment, you are safe. You are well taken care of by the Universe. You have the power to release all your doubts and fears.

This is always a wonderful reminder before any meditation, especially if you want to raise your vibration.

For example, this morning, I received a text from a family member who was a bit unkind and inconsiderate. I immediately felt angry and sad at the same time. I felt my vibration go down, and I was getting in a very reactive state of being.

I nearly got back to this person with an equally unkind and inconsiderate message (this used to be an old, negative pattern of mine, being reactive and then arguing with people, including family members via texts).

But, I decided to choose something different. I decided to approach this situation from a higher vibration. First, I decided to meditate.

I reminded myself that nobody has the power to lower my vibration…In alignment with that, I meditated, and I visualized myself and the person who sent an unkind text together, on the beach, happy and relaxing.

It felt so good, really good!

Then, I wished them well and sent them healing hugs. It felt good too!

After my meditation, I took my phone to text them back with something kind…

And…to my surprise, they texted me again and apologized for their behavior…they said, they’d been feeling bad because of the covid situation, and it was very inconsiderate of them to treat me the way they did.

They also said, they had a sudden awakening and wanted to transform their life and asked me for guidance…Oh and they finally got a new job! After months of searching for one…

That’s the power of raising your vibration! Your high vibration can help others too.
