It’s also important to realize that the 17 Second Manifestation Method may not be the best solution for everyone.

So, before using it, it may be a good idea to dive a bit deeper to determine what situation you’re currently in and whether a 17-Second-Manifestation Technique is a good idea, or you’d be better off with a different manifestation method instead.

But first thing first… there’s a lot of controversy around the 17-second manifestation technique. After all…how can you manifest your dreams in 17 seconds?

Well, the answer is both: yes and no…

It depends on what you desire to manifest as well as what plane of existence you’re on…

If you were living in a 100% spiritual world, you could have a thought and literally manifest it into your existence instantly.

For example, you could think of million dollars on your kitchen table and manifest it in no time. Instantly.

Now, this is not possible in our physical world. And if it was, it wouldn’t always be good for us.

Because you could have a thought such as: “My boss will fire me”, and get fired immediately.

This is why, the way our world is designed, it takes time for most of our desires to manifest.

And the reason is simple- it’s to protect us from our negative thoughts.

Because, if we could manifest anything instantly, we would also be manifesting bad things, instantly…

The way things are is much better for our well-being because we can correct our thoughts.

So, if you have a negative thought, it’s not that it will instantly become your reality.

Now, if you dwell on your negative thoughts, turn them into beliefs, and keep affirming them with negative self-talk…well, then it’s another story.

But, the good thing is, we can use the exact mechanism with positive thoughts and eventually start manifesting a new, positive reality we love.

Which, I guess, is why you’re here, right?

The 17 Manifestation Technique was created by Abraham, a spiritual entity channeled by Esther Hicks through her books and workshops.

It’s like when you’re dreaming and suddenly decide to fly. And so you fly. Everything is possible.

Like we already stated, our physical world has some limitations.

Still, those limitations can also protect us from negative thoughts that occasionally pop into our beautiful minds

Even if you’re the most positive person ever, and you did subconscious mind reprogramming and all the inner work exercises ever created…occasionally you’ll still have a negative thought, and you definitely don’t want it to become your reality, like instantly, right?

The world would be a mess!

But…if used correctly, the 17 Second Manifestation Technique can help us get into the right state of mind and create powerful intention to initiate the manifestation process…

Like setting up a slow cooker…

The 17 Second Manifestation Technique and Other Methods

I’m going to give you a super-simple approach to implementing this method into your Law of Attraction practice…

According to Abraham ( a spiritual entity channeled by Esther Hicks), 17 seconds is a magical ignition point for your desires to begin manifesting.

Personally, I like to call it- Planting a Positive Seed in Your Mind.

It’s a bit similar to the 5×55 manifestation technique or the 369 method…

But, the 17 Second Manifestation Method is much better if you’re not very fond of writing and journaling…

With this method, all you need to do is hold a (positive of course, unless, for whatever reason, you want to try it with something negative, lol) thought without distraction for 17 seconds.

The primary purpose is to get you thinking positive thoughts from pure vibration and intention for 17 seconds.

The more you do it, the stronger your vibration and intention get 🙂

The 17 Second Manifestation Technique in 5 Steps

Step#1 Focus on One Thing You Desire to Manifest

The most common manifestation mistake is that many people focus on too many things at a time…

And it’s the fastest way to lose your focus and become distracted.

It’s like a shiny object syndrome…and the shiny object syndrome prevents you from shining!

Yes, have a manifestation list with all your desires, or create a vision board.

Then, pick one thing that you find the most important at this stage of your journey.

Step#2 Relax and Visualize Your Desire

Take a few deep breaths and relax.

Go to a happy place, deep inside you, where there’s only peace…

Visualize yourself after manifesting your desire.

Visualize yourself telling your best friend how excited you feel about reaching your goal.

How do you feel?

Embrace that feeling!

And amplify that positive vibration. You’ve done. It’s yours.

You have nothing to worry about, only amazing things to celebrate!

Step#3 Focus on The Positive Thought For 17 Seconds

Now that you’re in a feel-good state set a timer for 17 seconds.

Embrace that state and its positive vibration!

Let it feel good. You deserve to feel good!

Step#4: Focus On The Positive Thought For 68 Seconds

Keep going!

Now that you know how to get into that feel-good state or your happy place, let’s repeat it again.

This time, our goal is 68 seconds.

We’ve already done 17 seconds…so we have 51 seconds left…(17 seconds x3)

So, set a timer for 51 seconds and focus on your desires again…

Close your eyes and embrace all positive feelings, emotions, and thoughts.

This is very similar to Neville Goddard’s teachings: “Feeling is the secret and living in the end.”

Step#5 Just Let Go and Get Into a State of Allowing

After spending 68 seconds in the positive vibration of your desire, you are now in vibrational alignment with it.

So, let go, and focus on something else. Do something that you enjoy and remind yourself that you’ve made your order.

Be patient and enjoy your life.

At the same time, pay attention to new ideas you may be getting.

After all, you did something very powerful to initiate your manifestation, and so you may receive new ideas or feel inspired to do something new.

Check-in with your intuition and take aligned action because you’re probably receiving your manifestation roadmap and the next thing to focus on on your manifesting journey!
